Conservation, preservation and adaptation of the old public bath in the city of Yambol, Bulgaria. The new function is chosen with respect to the previous usage of the building and the contemporary need of the community. It is to be used as a wellness and recreation center. The facades remain only refreshed and unchanged. However, the space inside is enhanced by additional natural lighting coming from the new glass dome as well as by adjusting the plan to meet the requirements for disabled people

The Goldcrest residential complex resting in the foothills of the mountain is designed to fully integrate into the natural surroundings and to create a splendid, healthy and environmentally friendly environment for its residents. The mixed used project offers to its tenants a variety of different apartments from onebedroom flats to spacious 3 bedroom apartments with a double-height living room and a private garden space.

The aim of the project is to rethink the public space in downtown Vratza, Bulgaria. It addresses urban problems connected to infrastructure, easens the pedestrian flow, creates more commercial areas and opportunities for local businesses. It complies with the historical environment in the city core.

Masterplan for a new residential area near the capital city of Sofia. The specifics of the terrain bound a thorough examination of the approaches for developing the road system. A main goal of the solution is to invite the green environment coming from the mountains into the heart of the complex providing a variety of recreational spaces. The project aims to meet the contemporary needs of the community providing multi-functional spaces and variety of housing unit types.

The project represents a living room in an existing house in the city of Yambol, Bulgaria. The design aims to provide a variety of diferent experiences for the inhabitants in this otherwise small multi-functional space. It relies on the usage of natural material, organic shapes and spaces associated with nature.

MOUNTAIN HOLIDAY VILLAGE

MOUNTAIN HOLIDAY VILLAGE

A small village for recreation and leisure located on a steep slope in the Rila mountain. The village is supporting a wide range of recreational areas and fascilities for kids. Due to the particularities of the terrain the biggest attraction of the complex is the extreme off road speedway.
